America Makes will present a special virtual Mini-TRX on December 10, 2020. This special abbreviated version of TRX will feature two project presentations from its portfolio featuring member organizations, Youngstown State University (YSU) and GE Global Research.

A discussion of standards will be on tap. ANSI, the American National Standards Institute, will be sponsoring a panel discussion with SAE, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, DoE, Siemens Corporate Technology and GE Additive and moderated by Jim McCabe. The panel discussion will focus on Process Control to Enable Qualification.

America Makes is also inviting NIAR to discuss ongoing efforts in additive manufacturing materials qualification at the National Center for Advanced Materials Performance and AFRL to share insights on future capability needs and the role of AM process control.

America Makes welcomes individuals from industry, academia, government and economic development agencies that are willing to collaborate for the acceleration of AM technology.

Please note: Citizens of the following countries will NOT be allowed to participate in this event: Cuba, North Korea, Libya, Syria, Iran, and Sudan. Registration from these countries will be cancelled.
