GoEngineer Buys PLM and CAD Software Provider
Acquisition of Inceptra to expand support for customers for CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA and 3DEXPERIENCE, GoEngineer says.

GoEngineer, a company focused on design and engineering solutions, formally acquired Inceptra. Inceptra is a provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) and advanced CAD software solutions headquartered in Weston, FL. This strategic move expands GoEngineer’s portfolio and reinforces its commitment to technology and support to customers across a range of industries.

It will also give Inceptra customers access to SOLIDWORKS, additive manufacturing solutions from Stratasys, and to GoEngineer’s resources.
