JETCAM International has released version 24.05.01 of its flagship JETCAM Expert CAD/CAM software, introducing features and enhancements for sheet metal fabrication.
Key highlights of this release include:
- Availability in 32- and 64-bit versions, allowing users to take advantage of modern hardware
- Performance enhancement when generating NC code after nesting, along with other performance gains when working with complex/dense nests.
- New options for JETCAM Expert 1, including Free Form Automatic Nesting (Read Only) and 2D Routing support
- New Skeleton Parting Tooling functionality for punch and punch/laser machines
- Automatic Remnant Cutoff capability for laser, punch, and combination machines
- Improved nesting algorithms and automation features
- Enhanced installation options suitable for enterprise security IT requirements
- Nine new postprocessors added and updates to existing postprocessors
- JETCAM Expert v24 is available immediately free for customers with current maintenance contracts.
